Influenced by centuries of Venetian rule, this wine is known for its vibrant acidity and complex aromatic profile. Experience the citrus, jasmine, and white-fleshed fruit aromas, complemented by vanilla and ginger notes.
Composition: Skiadopoulo, Goustolidi, Rompola, Pavlos, Areti, Laganthi, Makrypodia, Xylopodia. Pre-fermentation maceration for 7 days.
Winemaking: Alcoholic fermentation at graduated temperatures.
Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels on lees with periodic stirring.
