At Wine Solutions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged bottle or are unhappy with your selection, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and details regarding the items you wish to return.

    Prepare the Shipment

    Carefully repackage the bottles in their original specialized wine shipping containers to ensure they are protected from breakage during transit.

  • 3.
    Attach the Label

    Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our cellar team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
