Our Tasting Note: Medium, slightly pale gold. The nose is medium+, ripe orchard fruits (apple to white peach), saline, hazelnut and honey, ginger, savory, and honeysuckle. On the palate it is medium body, medium acidity, excellent persistence, density, and intensity, long, full finish of savory fruit. 13% abv.
