The palate is supple yet energetic, driven by Barbera’s hallmark acidity, with juicy dark fruit, a subtle earthy undertone, and light oak influence. Medium-bodied and well-balanced, it finishes fresh and gently savory, with a lingering note of tart cherry and spice.
