100% Grenache, sourced from San Luis Obispo County. The grapes are direct-pressed with minimal skin contact and fermented in a 2000L foudre (large oak vat). Notes of red berry fruit, watermelon, lemon zest, and white pepper. Unfined, unfiltered, and no added sulfites.
