Composition: 100% Sauvignon Blanc; organically grown in the Omaka Valley and Waihopai Valley. Mixed alluvial soils combined with clay.
Winemaking: Harvested in March & April 2024; settled and pressed with a long, cool fermentation in stainless steel.
Aging: Aged on lees for a short period, filtered before bottling. Certified Organic by USA & Bio-Gro NZ; vegan friendly.
