Tasting Notes: Notes of bright red berries like cherry and raspberry, and hints of spice, black pepper, and floral elements such as lavender and rose. It features a juicy, vibrant palate with soft, dusty tannins, high acidity, and a saline mineral finish. It is a blend of Grenache and Mourvèdre made using biodynamic farming with whole-cluster fermentation and aging in neutral oak, making it best served slightly chilled.
