Wine Review Online (93): This is a fun wine with crisp and refreshing flavors of juicy pear, apple, and citrus. The very light pink color in this wine is due to the light color of grape’s skin. The grapes were macerated and fermented in a new type of fermentation tank called Ganimede, which is designed for white and rosé wines.
