Thus, this 'Centenaire' cuvée, made from century-old vines, reveals a complex bouquet evoking citrus fruits, apples, and pears, grafted onto floral notes and gunflint, intertwined with touches of vanilla. Superb persistence in the mouth, with roundness, richness, amplitude, and a pleasant liveliness that harmonizes the whole. It's a celebration of the senses and a very beautiful gastronomic wine!
